In 2010, I moved to Lakes Area Realty and started the Chris Dennis Group. As the real estate market started to recover in 2011, I transitioned my business back to traditional residential real estate. In 2019 I opened the Lake Minnetonka office for Lakes Area Realty in historic downtown Excelsior on the shores of Lake Minnetonka.

The office has over 25 Realtors and Brokers who love helping our clients with every step of their real estate transactions.
